Embroidery quality: Unlike finished cap embroiderers, we embroider the front two panels of our caps on a flat surface prior to assembly, rather than the entire cap on a curved surface. This process is less expensive, results in a larger usable area, has no registration problems, and gives a greater facility with detail.
