The key to getting started is for us to receive your logo artwork and information so that we can create digital product proofs for your review and approval. NO SET UP FEES!
To submit logo artwork: We prefer vector graphics in PDF, EPS, or AI file types.
Email logo files to firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively, we can scan your business card, brochure or letterhead.
Most orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of your proof approval (or sooner), depending on the products ordered. For totally custom products, please allow 4 to 6 weeks. We will let you know turn-around time for every order.
We accept major credit cards but we don’t mind waiting for check payment. Alternatively, let us know if you’d like to set up ACH Wire Transfer payment.
A $35.00 rush fee may apply for some rush instances, but we WILL deliver on time if possible. We can also drop-ship to off-site locations for quicker receipt of your custom eco goods.
Standard via ground UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping charges are determined by weight and method of shipment. Expedited shipping is available. Drop shipping services are available.
